Zsuzsa Kropko-Doel

Teacher

My name is Zsuzsa Kropko-Doel.

As a way of introducing myself, I was born in Hungary and graduated with 2 teaching degrees, and when I began working in Pinellas County, I also completed the Child Development Associate Certification. I have been working with the Pinellas County School system for over 10 years and I have more than 17 years of teaching experience in Hungary and here in the United States.

I taught from 1st grade through 8th grade in Hungary. When I moved to the US, I started working in Florida as a substitute teacher in Pinellas County. Later in my career, I worked at Brooker Creek Elementary School. It taught me how to work with kids of various skill levels and backgrounds. I am passionate about forging relationships with students that build a sense of confidence and enable them to grow as learners.

With over 17 years of teaching experience and desire to provide all students with an excellent education, I am confident in my ability to be a valuable asset to your students. My teaching career has been geared toward the empowerment of elementary school children. I have a strong passion to educate young minds and help them blossom into well-rounded, responsible and successful individuals. Throughout the course of my career I have had wonderful opportunities to work with diverse groups of students and teachers.

Additionally, I was an avid triathlon competitor; I have completed 10 Ironman Triathlons and I also qualified for the Ironman World Championship in Japan. During my training in the United States, I met with my husband Kevin and have been married 23 years. I also love to travel and do Yoga in my spare time, and on the weekends I enjoy cycling, paddle boarding, and kayaking with my husband and daughter.

I look forward to teaching your children and getting to know you all as well. Have a great rest of your summer!
